Music Box Productions was formed at 2006 as a division of Arctos Productions having as a subject live shows and spectacles of international artists.
Arctos Productions is one of the biggest production companies and organizing cultural events in Greece with constant presence since 1982. It was founded by Spyros Papanastasiou, who was himself an active musician, observed the lack of organization that existed until then in the area and he decided to act himself. At first he took the live productions of the music act that he was a part of, but very soon some friends musicians of his askes him to undertake their live acts too. The success of this project led to the creation of Arctos.
Arctos counts today over than 2000 productions in its years of operation. In the rich background of the company certainly stands the fact that it has the record of attendance in the OAKA (1986, Concert for Greek lyricists and composers, 77,600 tickets), and three more major concerts in the same venue where the turnout in each surpassed the 50,000 people.
It has collaborated with major Greek artists (just to mention: Thanos Mikroutsikos, Vasilis Papakonstantinou, Pyx Lax, Dimitra Galani, Harris Alexiou, Stefanos Korkolis etc), and supported many upcoming names in their effort to establish themselves.
All these years, collaborated with a large number of cultural institutions and organizations, among wich and the "Athens 2004" entrusted to it a large part of the cultural program of the Olympic Games in 2004.
The action of the company exceeds the geographical boundaries of Greece, having toured with many artists in Europe, North America and Canada.
Arctos also involved in the area of management representing major Greek artists..
Its ongoing activity until today makes it one of the biggest production companies and organizing of cultural events in Greece that constantly proving reliability under any challenging circumstances, offering high quality entertainment.
In 2006 he had come now the fullness of time to expand even further its activity, having as a result the creation of Music Box Productions which is entirely responsible for the productions and concert performances of international artists. Having the experience and expertise of Arctos, Music Box moves in the area with respect t audience to cover as fully as possible its demanding needs.
